Plan changes take effect immediately, and we automatically calculate prorated billing adjustments. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining time. If you downgrade, we'll apply a credit to your next billing cycle. You can manage your plan changes directly from your account dashboard or contact our support team for assistance.

What happens if I exceed my execution limit?

Your workflows will continue running seamlessly without interruption. We charge $0.01 per additional execution beyond your plan limit. You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80% and 95% of your monthly limit, giving you time to upgrade if needed. All overage charges are clearly itemized on your next invoice. You can also set up automatic plan upgrades to avoid overages entirely, or configure usage alerts to better monitor your consumption.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive 14-day free trial for all paid plans with no credit card required to start. During your trial, you'll have full access to all features of your chosen plan, including premium integrations, advanced analytics, and priority support. You can explore unlimited workflows, test all automation features, and even invite team members. The trial automatically converts to your selected plan after 14 days, but you can cancel anytime with no charges.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?

Yes, we're committed to supporting education and nonprofit organizations! We offer 50% discounts on all paid plans for qualified nonprofits, educational institutions, and students. To qualify, you'll need to provide verification of your nonprofit status (501(c)(3) documentation) or valid student/faculty ID. What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
